*JASON'S FAVOURITE QUICK & EASY OFFSEAON TUNA PASTA BAKE*

425g tin of tuna in springwater (seakist do a 510g tin)
500g organic wholemeal pasta
400g tin of corn kernals
220g tin of low fat chicken soup

Cook pasta & put in oven cook dish.
Add all of the above ingredients & mix through.
Sprinkle bread crumbs & low fat shredded cheese on top.
Preheat oven to 220`c & bake for 15-20mins
Servings 2-3


*JASON'S HIGH PROTEIN/LOW FAT PROTEIN PANCAKES*

12 egg whites
1 cup of fine oats 
1/2 scp Maxs Supershred caramel nougat protein powder

Put ingredients into blender on high for 10 seconds.
Cook on very low heat in a small non-stick fry pan.
Add cinnamon on top & when a few bubbles appear, flip pancake over. 

Approx.: Calories 440/ Protein 55g/ Carbs 65g/ Fat 5g
  
*12 egg whites & 1 cup of oats is for a 100kg person.
* adjust the ingredient amount to suit your own bodyweight.


*GEN-TEC's BLACK FOREST CHOCOLATE MOUSSE*

250mls cold skim milk or water
3 ice cubes 
3 scps Gen-Tec Pro Lean chocolate
2 tbspns weight watches chocolate mousse
6 pitted cherries (blend or garnish)

Blend for 45 seconds, pour into small glass bowl or tupperware for later.
Refrigerate for 20 mins & serve. Serves 2.


*GEN-TEC's ASIAN BROWN RICE*

500g brown rice
1.5ltrs water
1 tblspn "MSG free" chicken stock powder
1 tspn pure sesame oil

Put all ingredients into rice cooker, stir & press cook. (it's that easy)
When rice is finished cooking add another 300-400mls of water & stir through.
The rice will absorb this extra water to have a lighter fluffy texture.
Put in a large tupperware tub & refrigerate & you'll have approx. 5-7 days of healthy tasting rice.
