JASON'S OFF-SEASON LEAN MUSCLE GAIN DIET

UPON RISING 6am - 10mls Gen-Tec Thermo fuel, 1 flat tspn Gen-Tec ALCA Fuel,
                                1 tspn Glutamine & 1 tspn BCAA's
                                1 Strong Black Coffee   
                                 
MEAL 1 7am - Protein pancakes (see recipes)
              12 egg whites, 1 cup fine oatmeal & 1 scp Maxs WPI protein pwd
              10mls Gen-Tec male fuel, 1 multivit, 1000mg vit C, 1000mg fish oil

MEAL 2 10:30am - 3 scps Max's Mass Gainer Pro-Xtreme in water

MEAL 3 1pm - 250g Grilled Marinated Chicken Breast patties or Lean Beef patties
                      1 & 1/2 cups cooked rice

MEAL 4 4pm - 250g Grilled Marinated Chicken Breast patties or Tuna
                      1 & 1/2 cups cooked rice

(30 mins before training) - 1 tspn Max's Cre8 Carnage
               
MEAL 5 7pm(immediately after training) - 3 scps Maxs Mass Gainer Pro-Xtreme
                                                                 1 tspn glutamine & 1 tspn BCAA's

MEAL 6 9pm - 250g Grilled Fillet Steak OR 3 whole eggs & 10 egg whites 
               1/2 cup cooked rice & lg salad OR steamed green veges
               10 ml Gen-Tec male fuel, 1 multivit, 1000mg vit C, 1000mg fish oil &
               1 Nutra-Life Sawpalmetto capsule

MEAL 7 12am(alarm is set just in case I fall asleep) - 2scps Maxs Nite Time 
                                                                   1 tspn glutamine & 1 tspn BCAA's

* min. of 3ltrs water daily
* secret to success is "CONSISTENCY"

It is very important to feed your body with the right foods every 2-3 hours. I personally wait 3 hours so the food is fully digested before eating again.

I eat approximately 2.5g of protein per kg of body weight per day. Pre contest I slowly increase it to 3g and slowly reduce my starchy carbs ( rice, oats).
