UPON WAKING - 5ml Next Gen. megaslim & 40min power walk
BREAKFAST - 1/2 cup oats cooked in water with prunes & 1/2 scp Maxine's Burn
3-4 egg whites scrambled
1 multivit, 1000mg evening primrose oil, 1000mg vit C
MID MORNING - 1 scp Maxine's Burn protein pwd in water
LUNCH - 150g grilled chicken breast or lean beef
1/2 cup cooked brown rice & steamed green veges
MID AFTERNOON - 1 scp Maxine's Burn protein pwd in water

DINNER - 150g grilled chicken breast or lean beef
steamed green veges or lg salad
