We do not take a "one size fits all" approach. Instead, we take the time to talk to each client individually, discuss their goals, asses fitness, and work with the client to set achievable long and short term goals and strategies to achieve these goals.

Strategies will focus on the

whole health and fitness

picture, not just one part of the puzzle. Our programs will therefore cover

resistance and cardiovascular training

, nutrition, supplementation and rest,

recovery and relaxation

.

Clients are taken through each part of their individualised programs to ensure they understand each strategy and do not just go through the motions.

Regular evaluations are also an essential part of each Spot On program.

These occur at regular intervals and include evaluation of goals and targets. Each program is a living strategy, which means that it is not set in concrete, but open to change and development - just like the person for who it has been specially developed. People's goals, needs and circumstances are continually changing, and our programs reflect this.

Leigh and Jason are here to provide direction, focus, motivation and better understanding of how your body and mind can function optimally. We are not here to dictate to clients - our focus is working with clients to achieve the best possible, sustainable results.

SESSIONS TIMES will last for 45-60 minutes.

SESSION CANCELLATION - you will not be charged if you provide at least 24
hours notice of cancellation or session time change.
