WHEN & WHY I STARTED TRAINING: Just prior to my 40th birthday, I decided to take charge of my fitness & health. Never one to shy away from a big goal, & after a couple of years of training in the gym regularly, I decided to start training specifically for a leaner look & to compete in an upcoming INBA show. That was 2007 where I placed 2nd in Figure Masters & haven't looked back since. I've worked with two amazing coaches who have trained & guided me. I can't thank them enough.

CURRENT GOALS: We always want more muscle, so I'm working hard to bring a more balanced figure next year. My goal is always to enjoy my training & lifestyle, competing comes a distant second.

TRAINING SCHEDULE/SPLIT: Monday- Quads & Calves
                                             Tuesday- Shoulders, Triceps & Ab's
                                             Wednesday- Ab's & Calves
                                             Thursday- Back & Hamstrings
                                             Friday- Chest, Biceps & Ab's
*Cardio is done at 5am for 45mins & 7:30pm for 30mins 6 days a week!
                                
PRECONTEST DIET & SUPPLEMENTS:
Upon Rising- 5mls Next Generation Mega Slim, 1 tspn L-carnitine,
                     1 tspn BCAA's & 1 tspn glutamine                                 
Meal 1- (Protein pancakes) 1/3 cup of oats, 6 egg whites & 1/2 scp Next 
             Generation Hydro Iso blended to make mix.
             1 multivitamin, 1 CLA capsule & 1000mg vitamin c
*Next Generation Re-Fuel BCAA's during training
Meal 2(immediately after training)- 2-3 scps Next Generation Hydro Iso in
